ROLE OVERVIEW

The HCM Project Coordinator (HCM PC) acts as a critical support for the HCM Services element for successful completion of payroll, Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Self Service and E-time engagements. This position will work between Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Resources Services Consultants and HCM consultants for both ERP and cloud-based implementations for our growing client base. The HCM PC plays a role in developing, transmitting and storing business process documents, and coordinating the loading of internal client systems. This role will also support the assignment and follow-up of additional work-orders for consulting services, in cooperation with the Resources Schedule Manager and consultant schedules and availability.

Reports to:  Senior Payroll and HR Implementation Specialist

Competencies: project coordination, documentation, communication, forms development

Duties & Responsibilities

Work with Project Coordinators to assign and track payroll implementation for Public Cloud engagements to ensure on-time delivery of services Identify and communicate with consultants and project coordinators as implementation timelines become excessively tight. Work with HCM consultants to evenly distribute work assignments. Work with Services Resource Manager and case software to record, assign, track and follow-up additional billable and non-billable work orders. Record and store project documentation and communicate with project coordinators and clients as required. Prepare reports and provide up-to-date information on implementations and work order progress for management as required. Support Billing and AR Coordinator in queries and information, as required. Participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members as required. Travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time
