Patterson Dental is looking for a determined and resourceful person to join its Team at the Montreal Head Office, working closely with both the Canadian and US Marketing teams, the incumbent will perform various tasks such as:

Create and capture value using innovative pricing strategies.

Price products effectively, from vendor to customer, to retain existing customers and bring on new ones through requests for proposals and bids while maintaining profitability.

Provide reporting and business analysis for our customers.

Independently migrate through complex systems and data with little training.

Simultaneously manage multiple high-level projects.

Work closely with the divisional team to analyze current prices and determine strategies.

Utilize deep data analysis methodologies to identify alternative pricing approaches in the market.

Maintain pricing database with the divisional team to support pricing activities.

Bring outside professional knowledge and best practices into the organization to further advance the differentiation and efficacy of the pricing approach.

Perform special projects and ad-hoc reporting as new business opportunities and challenges warrant.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

3+ years’ experience in Pricing and Financial Analysis.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent command of French, both oral and written.

Very good knowledge of English, both oral and written, as approximately 50% of the employee's interactions will be with Patterson Dental's Pricing Analyst Team based in the United States.

Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative, and constantly changing environment.

Patterson Dentaire est à la recherche d'une personne déterminée et débrouillarde pour se joindre à son équipe du siège social de Montréal. Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing canadiennes et américaines, le titulaire du poste accomplira diverses tâches telles que :

Créer et acquérir de la valeur ajoutée au moyen de stratégies de tarification novatrices.

Tarifier les produits de manière efficace, du fournisseur au client, pour fidéliser les clients existants et en attirer de nouveaux par le biais d'appels d'offres et de soumissions, tout en maintenant la rentabilité.

Fournir des rapports et des analyses commerciales à nos clients.

Naviguer de manière autonome à travers des systèmes et des banques de données complexes avec peu de formation.

Gérer plusieurs projets de haut niveau simultanément.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de la division pour analyser les prix actuels et déterminer des stratégies.

Employer des méthodologies d'analyse approfondie des données pour identifier d’autres approches de tarification sur le marché.

En collaboration avec l'équipe de la division, maintenir une base de données des prix pour soutenir les activités liées à la tarification.

Apporter à l'organisation des connaissances professionnelles externes et des meilleures pratiques afin de parfaire la différenciation et l'efficacité de l'approche tarifaire.

Réaliser des projets spéciaux et produire des rapports ad hoc en fonction des nouvelles occasions commerciales et des défis à relever.

Mener d’autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

Formation et compétences :

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la tarification et de l'analyse financière.

Solide connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office.

Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Très bonne connaissance de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, car environ 50% des interactions de l'employé se feront avec l'équipe d'analystes en tarification de Patterson Dentaire basée aux États-Unis.

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de travail dynamique, collaboratif et en constante évolution.
