Profile

What youll be doing:

Leading your team members by accompanying and supporting them in their professional store projects and personal development. Performing monthly individual meetings (EID) with members of their team. Developing partnerships that expand the sporting community. Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customers needs. Overseeing the smooth operation of your department by ensuring consistency with the stores strategy. Working with teammates to meet established objectives. Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis. Receiving and stocking merchandise efficiently to make products available to our customers as quickly as possible. Contributing to the company's on-going improvement.

Profile:
