 Working on a construction crew travelling to various construction sites across Ontario. This position reports to our main office location in Harley, ON on a daily basis. (located between Brantford, ON and Woodstock, ON). This position is NOT seasonal. 

Reporting to the Caulking & Painting Manager the Caulking & Painting Install Lead Hand will be responsible for leading a crew of 3-4 other caulkers. Must be able to maintain a schedule and keeping the crew motivated, productive and performing high quality work.

THE DAY TO DAY

Responsible for the supervision of the Caulking & Painting crewPaint and caulk large commercial projects off of manlifts and swing stage equipmentFire caulking of commercial projectsPaint prep and protectionMisc concrete patchingCaulking precast panel jointsOther duties as requested by management
