Make an impact with our Change Enablement Team as a Specialist. Responsibilities

Develop and implement change strategies and plans to support various IT related projects Conduct various change management activities, including stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments, change plans, resistance management tactics, communication and training plans Support project managers, project teams, and business leaders in assessing and addressing change management needs Identify and monitor change related risks and develop creative solutions to manage change resistance Create change management materials, including communication and training resources Collaborate on the development and facilitation of various change management related workshops and materials Assist Change Enablement team in enhancing our change processes, tools, workshops, and service offerings

Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of experience providing change management support for IT related projects At least 2 years of experience in project or program management Demonstrated communication skills (oral and written) with experience in creating communications using a variety of channels and methods for diverse audiences Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation is considered an asset Experience working in consulting or professional services is considered an asset Background in instructional design is considered an asset
