The Insolvency Agent (Processing Agent) will perform the administration of day-to-day processes in the Insolvency department including:

Claim filing and voting on behalf of our clients for bankruptcy and Consumer Proposals  Payment processing Data entry Incoming correspondence, and Credit counselling services

What you will be doing  

Daily administration assigned tasks in the Insolvency department including Claims processing, payment processing, data entry and credit counselling. Ensure service levels are met accordingly to maintain or reduce cost per transaction while increasing output per hour. Maintain and increase knowledge of applications and work processes; ensure system issues are reported to manager in a timely manner Respond to client requests/queues within the specified timelines to ensure customer satisfaction, retention and continued growth Notify clients on crucial updates depending on notes or work processes Ensure daily productivity targets are met by completing related tasks according to output per hour measurements

About You

Completion of Grade 12 – minimum; post-secondary education considered an asset 1 - 2 years of experience in a general administration or data entry role (experience with Insolvency an asset) Ability to multi-task to ensure service delivery expectations are met Demonstrated experience and strong ability with Microsoft Office products, including knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize work by meeting deadlines and client expectations Detail oriented with the ability to maintain the highest level of productivity and quality level Proficient keyboarding skills  English
