Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise field crews and coordinate daily work activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges.
  • Communicate with management regarding project updates, needs, and issues.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and proper documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license
