Post-secondary degree in social or health sciences, public administration, or other related area.

Experience researching, assessing, and developing policy options within a government or large organizational context.

Experience with health or social service-related policy.

Experience representing organizational interests.

Experience developing and implementing legislation is an asset.


Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications above may be equally considered.

Candidates should have and may be assessed on:

Proven ability to establish successful partnerships through collaboration and cooperation with people with diverse and conflicting interests.

Ability to produce effective results in accordance with political direction.
