Our client is a is a large property management company looking to hire an IT Manager 

 

About the Opportunity 

This is a technical hands-on role with min 5 years of strong Azure cloud and O365 experience. You will be leading the service desk team (4 people – young team, avg of 2 years of service desk exp). Should be able to manage Windows Server administration with networking know-how. 

 

Current infrastructure: 

  • 50 Azure servers, 40 enterprise applications, 400 IT users 

  • Fresh service which is like ServiceNow started by the same folks 

  • Enterprise application – Oracle JDE hosted by Syntax based in Montreal, hosted externally, Power BI 

 

About You 

  • Min 5 years of hands-on Azure system management and at least 8 years of experience working in Windows environment related to server management. 

  • At least 4 years of exp with O365 

  • Strong exp with virtualization 

  • Should be highly proficient with ITIL framework (CAB, change management, problem management) 

  • Technical lead exp for at least 4 years mainly from server management 

  • Customer service approach to work with various non-technical users 

  • ITSM – ser vice desk, CAB, change, and ITIL cert is preferred 

  • Service desk is 20% of the role, 60% technical infrastructure management, 10% ITIL process and 10 % people management

  • ITIL certification 

  • Real Estate domain 

 

Salary Range 

$120,000/year
