Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Daily tasks relevant to Inventory Processes and Controls Active involvement in depth issue analysis Investigate, understand, and communicate insight on key drivers of performance results along with recommending actions to improve performance Preparing and review reports, reconciliations, providing recommendations & presenting results Support quality controls and compliance Continuously monitor, analyze, recommend, and implement process improvement initiatives to increases effectiveness and productivity of department Liaise with internal and external business units Various other duties as required.

The candidates should possess the following skills:

A minimum of 2-3 years of previous applicable industry experience, or a combination of education and experience will be considered. Knowledge of Inventory Controls and processes in a computerized environment. Ability to analyze processes, develop efficiencies and initiate constructive solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills (French would be considered an asset). Ability to converse comfortably with business partners. Demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team. Ability to prioritize work so all target dates are achieved, and to coordinate and control multiple tasks. Intermediate experience with spreadsheet applications, word documents and email (office suite), Power Point. Previous experience in SAP would be considered an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitments to excellence. Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner. Professional attitude (business attire, communication with colleagues, positive attitude) professional demeanor. Demonstrate a new approach to solving an issue(s) and applying new process. Understands how decisions are made and how they affect other work units.
