Support the ED FED Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on existing and upcoming project works; Collaborate with external project team members such as Client/Owner, Architects, Designers, and Trade Partners; Prepare and coordinate RFQ/RFP documents; Develop specifications, budget pricing, and coordinate with vendors to source product furniture and medical equipment; Coordinate purchase order information, receive and review project specific shop drawings and meet procurement timelines; Assist in asset tagging of equipment and coordination of asset database; Plan and execute activation management activities (i.e. coordination of delivery, installation, commissioning and clinical acceptance) amongst EllisDon, vendors and user groups; Track project goals and deliverables, and report on monthly progress to client; and, Facilitate weekly and/or monthly FED Team, stakeholder and user group meetings as required.Is this role right for you? A self-starter, resourceful and detail-oriented; Willing to work from site in Burnaby, BC Experienced or educated in Biomedical, Nursing and/or a similar field (all considered an asset); Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project; Able to independently represent the ED FED Team while exhibiting EllisDon core values; A champion of communication, learning and process improvement; Entrepreneurial and willing to strive towards better project management processes within ED FED; Willing to complete security clearances (as required by Clients); and, Organized and able to (re) prioritize tasks as needed with confidence.
