Your future team:

Become part of a diverse Supply Chain team with a family spirit. Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 100+ indirect reports and reporting to the VP Supply Chain. 

What you will be doing:

Drive process improvements, implement WMS systems and enhance employee engagement. Ensure service levels & capacity to support operational plans. Develop & execute logistics strategy. Manage regional freight and distribution costs. Lead sourcing strategy for external carriers and 3PL’s. Implement flexible distribution strategy.  Oversee transportation management and inventory control. Develop and manage the logistics team. Monitor key performance indicators:Safety & EnvironmentCustomer Service Level / Lead Time / Delivery PerformanceFreight CostsDistribution CostsInventory Accuracy

What you bring:

University degree and 10+ years supply chain experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people management. Experience in transportation, distribution, and 3PL management. Proven track record of driving business enhancements. Experience with multi-site employee management and KPIs. Advanced systems aptitude (TMS/WMS), SAP knowledge preferred.
