Functional Resource – UKG

This is a remote position.

INNOOVA is a dynamic and innovative company actively seeking an experienced Functional UKG Resource to join our team and play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

 

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our time management, leave management, and advanced scheduling processes. The candidate must be UKG certified and have demonstrated experience in time and leave management as well as advanced scheduling.

 

Qualifications:

·         Should have experience/ Able to write new code and modify existing code, as and when needed;

·         Able to conduct unit testing as well as assist and support during system testing and UAT;

·         Able to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner, i.e., support tickets, etc.;

·         Has experience in performing application upgrades as needed to newer application releases;

·         Has experience in performing applications installs and configurations;

·         Able to gather and document functional and/or technical requirements, assist with application architecture & design and implement solutions;

·         Act as the primary point of contact for all questions and concerns related to time management, leaves, and advanced scheduling;

·         Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to optimize the use of the UKG solution and enhance overall human resource management efficiency;

·         In-depth knowledge of time and leave management policies and regulations.

·         Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;

·         Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment;

·         Previous experience in user training and technical support would be an asset.

 

 

Education and Certifications:

·         UKG Certified – Timekeeping and Accruals + Advanced Scheduling;

·         Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
