Le marché des télécommunications est en pleine transformation et Cogeco va de l'avant avec son projet de pénétrer le marché canadien des services mobiles. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un ou d’une responsable, fraude sans fil et sécurité physique, pour nous aider à élaborer notre feuille de route en matière de sans fil et se joindre à une équipe composée d'innovateurs créatifs et de visionnaires, en mode démarrage

Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne hautement qualifiée et motivée pour se joindre à notre équipe en tant que responsable de la fraude et de la sécurité physique dans le secteur du sans fil. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du développement, de la mise en œuvre et du maintien des stratégies et des procédures visant à protéger notre organisation contre les activités frauduleuses et les menaces à la sécurité physique. Vous collaborerez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer la sécurité de nos actifs, de nos employés et de nos clients.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de prévention de la fraude spécifiques pour les services de mobilité, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, le covoiturage, le transport et la logistique.

● Effectuer des évaluations régulières des risques afin de détecter les vulnérabilités potentielles et élaborer des plans d'atténuation en conséquence.

● Surveiller les données transactionnelles et enquêter sur les activités suspectes afin de détecter et de prévenir les fraudes.

● Collaborer avec les équipes internes, les organismes chargés de l'application de la loi et les partenaires tiers pour enquêter sur les incidents de fraude et prendre les mesures appropriées.

● Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité physique pour les actifs de mobilité, les installations et l'infrastructure.

● Coordonner avec les fournisseurs pour garantir l'efficacité des systèmes de sécurité, y compris les caméras de surveillance, les contrôles d'accès et les alarmes.

● Élaborer et dispenser des programmes de formation pour éduquer les employés et les partenaires en ce qui concerne la prévention de la fraude et les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité physique.

● Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, des technologies émergentes et des exigences réglementaires liées à la fraude et à la sécurité physique dans le secteur de la mobilité.

● Préparer des rapports et des présentations pour la haute direction afin de communiquer les principales conclusions, recommandations et mesures de performance.

● Répondre rapidement aux incidents de sécurité et aux urgences, en mettant en œuvre des plans d'intervention en cas d'incident afin de minimiser l'impact et d'éviter que la situation ne se reproduise.

FORMATION ACADÉMIQUE

Baccalauréat en justice pénale, cybersécurité, gestion des risques ou dans un domaine connexe. Diplôme avancé de préférence.

EXPÉRIENCE DE TRAVAIL

De 2 à 4 années d'expérience dans la prévention de la fraude, la sécurité physique ou un domaine connexe, avec une expérience spécifique dans le domaine du sans fil et/ou des télécommunications.

COMPÉTENCES SPÉCIFIQUES

Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est un atout. Le poste exige de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des ressources externes et internes à travers l'Amérique du Nord.

Flexibilité pour travailler dans une variété de contextes, y compris dans les bureaux internes et des partenaires, environnement à distance, et/ou espace de bureau traditionnel en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise et de l'équipe.

Solides compétences en matière de gestion de projets et des fournisseurs, et capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et des fournisseurs et partenaires externes.

Solides compétences analytiques et capacité d'analyser des ensembles de données complexes et de détecter des modèles indiquant des activités frauduleuses.

Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à faire preuve de créativité pour trouver des solutions.

Motivation et capacité à apprendre rapidement.

Bonnes connaissances des outils, des techniques et des méthodologies de détection des fraudes.

Les certifications Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ou autres certifications similaires sont un atout.

Connaissance des lois, réglementations et normes industrielles pertinentes en matière de prévention de la fraude et de sécurité physique.

 LEAD, WIRELESS FRAUD AND PHYSICAL SECURITY

POSITION SUMMARY

The telecommunications market is undergoing a transformation and Cogeco is forging ahead with our plan to enter the Canadian mobile services market. We are looking for a Lead, Wireless Fraud and Physical Security to help develop our wireless roadmap and join a team made of creative innovators and visionaries in start-up mode

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead, Wireless Fraud and Physical Security. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies and procedures to protect our organization against fraudulent activities and physical security threats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety and security of our assets, employees, and customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies specific to mobility services, including but not limited to ride-sharing, transportation, and logistics. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans accordingly. Monitor transactional data and investigate suspicious activities to detect and prevent fraud. Collaborate with internal teams, law enforcement agencies, and third-party partners to investigate incidents of fraud and take appropriate actions. Design and implement physical security measures for mobility assets, facilities, and infrastructure. Coordinate with vendors to ensure the effectiveness of security systems, including surveillance cameras, access controls, and alarms. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees and partners on fraud prevention and physical security best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to fraud and physical security in the mobility sector. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to communicate key findings, recommendations, and performance metrics. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, implementing incident response plans to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.

ACADEMIC TRAINING

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, cybersecurity, risk management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

2-4 years of experience in fraud prevention, physical security, or a related field, with a specific experience in wireless and./or telecommunications

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.The position requires working closely with external and internal resources across North America.  Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including in internal and partner offices, remote environment, and/or traditional office space depending on the needs of the business and team Strong project/vendor management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns indicative of fraudulent activities Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions  Must be self-motivated and a quick learner. Familiarity with fraud detection tools, techniques, and methodologies. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications are a plus. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to fraud prevention and physical security.
