Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytimeSalary: to be discussed depending on experience Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Take responsibility for staffing in your area; onboard, train and integrate new personnel Participate in management committees to improve processes Ensure the administrative management, planning and organization of continuing education Ensure the administrative management of social benefits Participate in employee evaluations in collaboration with the department manager Update the various databases in Excel Collaborate on the various residence committees if required Conduct research, collect and compile data, complete certain reports and send relevant documentation to the persons concerned Assist the manager in the application and respect of laws related to human resources management

The ideal person has :

Required qualifications :

DEC or AEC in administration/human resources management or training deemed equivalent
