The Administration Technician is responsible for supporting the operations of our client, a shipping agency in Montreal. More precisely, it takes care of offering administrative support with regard to daily transactions. To do this, he enters, verifies, compiles and maintains various documents, invoices and accounting reports up to date.

Responsibilities
ON A DAILY BASIS YOU WILL HAVE TO:
- Enter data for Canadian and American customs and for issuing bills of lading (Bill of Lading);
- Enter data relating to financial transactions (bank deposit, electronic funds transfer, foreign currency change) into the software;
- Prepare files for invoicing, check that we have all the invoices and validate the accuracy of each of them;
- Prepare and maintain various documents and forms up to date;
- Various related administrative tasks such as responding to emails, providing certain follow-ups to clients, sending mail, etc.
Qualifications
You are a team player, versatile with a good sense of priorities. You are also recognized for your rigor, you need:
- DEP or AEC in administration or any other related discipline;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Knowledge of English essential;
- Relevant experience (asset).
