Your Role at KIK- LAVO Division
Reporting to the Planning and Purchasing Manager, the person in this position will ensure that the raw materials required by the production schedule are available when needed. He/she will also ensure that the raw materials inventory is as accurate as possible, and make adjustments accordingly. She will work closely with the Planning Manager, Receiving/Shipping, Production Supervisors and forklift operators.
What You''ll Be Doing?
Analyze inventory in conjunction with production requirements to ensure that required raw materials are available. Execute inventory transfers of required raw materials. Coordinate transportation for certain raw materials. Make/check raw material receipts. Keep inventory up to date. Count and adjust if necessary. Plan and manage annual inventory. Analyze and anticipate MRP messages. Make appointments with raw materials suppliers and produce delivery schedule. Manage raw material storage trailers to maximize space. Coordinate sample requests for Marketing Department Validate storage invoices Follow up on non-conforming raw materials with Purchasing and QA Make month-end adjustments (Bulk, Batch, Warehouse) Respond to Finance queries on inventories.
