Early Careers Recruitment is a critical, strategic and high-volume pipeline for Capital One Canada. As a member of this fast-paced, high-performing team, you will work to attract highly talented students and individuals in the early stages of their career through proactive sourcing, innovative events, and close partnership with the business. We recruit diverse talent who will be our future leaders and impact our customer’s experiences with Capital One Canada. Our culture and people are integral to our growth and success. We are looking for leaders who will challenge the status quo and develop their teams, all while providing a world-class candidate experience. 

As the Sr. Associate, Early Careers, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end full life-cycle recruitment for students and new graduates, and support the development of innovative attraction and recruitment practices. You’ll serve as a key liaison to campus and other external partners, and spearhead process improvements to ensure we are continually enhancing our processes. As the subject-matter expert, you’ll keep up-to-date with market trends and identify event and program opportunities, and lead the planning, execution and post-mortem for recruitment initiatives.

Working With Us.

Associates working in the hybrid model are expected to come into the office 3 days a week across Tuesdays and Thursdays, reserving Mondays and Fridays as company-wide virtual days. As was true before the pandemic, expectations of being in the office will be balanced with personal life flexibility.
