You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
You will be responsible for implementing appropriate programme delivery environments, including People, Organisation, Process, Information and Technology
You will promote and influence quality and Service Excellence in all conversations and programme interactions.
Manage the Program Level risks including ensuring that the cost and schedule impacts are accurately assessed, and that the risks are correct assigned to the correct senior representative.
Develop and implement mitigation plans
Lead monthly risk reviews, with the support of the Program Risk team, of the program level risks
Support senior level representatives with risk identification and management
Manage the monitoring and reporting of Program-level risks.
Responsible for managing, fostering, and maintaining senior level client relationships.
Identification and escalation of Program level risks and issues that impact on delivery.
Evaluate and establish best practice Program risk policies, processes, and procedures that are in keeping with the agreed Program delivery approach.
Promoting collaboration and building relationships.

You will support the Operations Director and other senior stakeholders to directly influence long term development of strategy for a function or Business Unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

You will collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Suite, to implement and manage our programmes.
You’ll need to have:
Ability to identify & analyze Project, Program and Business risks.
Experience in setting up effective project controls systems & procedures.
Detailed understanding of construction technology, planning, delivery, and site logistics.
Detailed understanding of commercial approaches
Adept at monitoring and reporting Program-level progress and assure efficient and effective use of resources across the program.
Understanding of various Contract, Commercial and Governance procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of accurate data and reporting both internal and external.
Recognizes opportunities for innovation or improvements on existing working practices.
Demonstrate senior leadership and core competencies at a high level of development.
The ability to engage and motivate others. To act as a role model and inspire others.
Ability to anticipate and forecast the key risks and opportunities available to the Program to ensure the core vision is achieved.
Respectfully listens to others and considers all views presented.
Puts team success above own interests.
Recognizes and understands the Clients priorities and holds the ability to adapt to requirements.
Coordinates workstreams and establishes actions plans with key stakeholders for implementation.
Strong program manager level leadership skills to manage and motivate program delivery teams delivering high risk, complex projects/programs.
High level of knowledge and understanding relating to planning and project management tools and techniques.
High level of knowledge and understanding relating to risk management tools and techniques.
Awareness of safety issues in an operational / project delivery environment.
High level of knowledge and understanding relating to contractual issues in a project environment.
Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Program, Project, or Commercial Management disciplines.
