Sales Coordinator

Advantages
The role initially requires working fully on-site, transitioning to a flexible hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home once you are comfortable. The schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you will:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with both existing and new customers across your sales territory.
- Process and maintain incoming customer orders with accuracy.
- Serve as a key link between customers and sales representatives.
- Engage in customer prospecting, initial contact, up-selling, and credit management.
- Oversee the customer claims process to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Perfectly bilingual.
- At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related internship.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and interest in working in an international setting.
- A collaborative spirit who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
