We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain Support. In this role, you will provide support and assistance within the Retail Indirect Procurement and Supply Chain department. You will play a crucial role in various tasks related to procurement, account setups, coding corrections, dashboard updates, refunds, vendor coding changes, invoice consolidation, account reconciliation, process flow, data management, and project coordination.

This is a temporary position for 12 months. 

What you will do:

Assist in procurement account setups and ensure accurate and efficient onboarding of vendors. Correct accounts payable (AP) coding errors to ensure accurate financial records and reporting. Update relevant dashboards with up-to-date information and maintain accurate records. Handle refunds and double payments, resolving any issues or discrepancies. Implement vendor coding changes as necessary and ensure accurate coding for all transactions. Process refunds and manage related inquiries or concerns. Consolidate invoices for efficient management and reporting. Reconcile leasing accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Provide support in Excel macro patches for improved efficiency and automation. Assist in the transition to a new service management platform and provide necessary support during the process. Manage the Retail Indirect Inbox and ensure timely response and resolution of inquiries. Create process flow diagrams to visualize and optimize procurement and supply chain processes. Manage reporting and analytics using PowerBI for procurement and supply chain data. Perform payment verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial processes. Contribute to an invoice project involving task automation and invoice management. Assist in the renewal of service agreements for smooth operations. Coordinate changes for printers and postage machines to ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption. Perform other duties as required in support of service goals.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Business, Supply Chain, Economics or related discipline an asset; current program enrolment or relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Competence in Office 365 Suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerBI. Highly motivated and keen to solve problems independently. Service-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly build relationships with a broad base of stakeholders. Proficiency using automation tools for task management. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.

Salary range $48,510 to $83,160/annually. This range is estimated for a Coordinator, Supply Chain Optimization in the State of Colorado, United States. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

Our benefit package provides paid sick days. However, given the temporary nature of this role, this position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings or paid time off programs, nor any form of incentive compensation. This position is eligible for overtime and any pay elements required under local, state or federal law. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations.
