**Job Summary**
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing, including picking orders, shipping, and receiving. This role is the gateway to a future career for an individual with the right motivation, drive, and initiative.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to ECCO's customers, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Adhere to ECCO's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, prioritizing the well-being of employees and customers.
- Assist in the success of ECCO's Safety Program by suggesting improvements and setting a good example.
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of manufacturing and resale products, complying with ECCO's receiving procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, receiving areas, and yard, adhering to company standards.
- Perform physical activities to load, unload, sort, and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment.
- Pick and ship goods to customers efficiently and accurately, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Prepare and supply proper documentation with each shipment, including packing, sealing, and labeling materials.
- Fill out and prepare picking tickets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with loading trailers, preparing and shipping LTL orders as necessary.
- Ensure the warehouse is adequately stocked at all times, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Report any maintenance requirements, accidents, incidents, and near-misses immediately to your supervisor.
- Participate in yearly inventory count, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by Management, contributing to the overall success of ECCO Supply™.
