Our client, a distinguished local developer, specializes in the creation of diverse masterplan communities. Boasting two decades of expertise in the global real estate industry, the client has garnered extensive knowledge in local acquisitions and established a robust global network. With a commitment to professionalism, passion, and a far-reaching vision, the client aims to deliver refined and high-quality standard homes.

Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and manage construction budgets for mid-rise and high-rise residential projects,
  • Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate estimates,
  • Engage in effective oral and written communications with contractors regarding estimates,
  • Coordinate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, incorporating it into estimates,
  • Oversee the appropriate distribution of documentation upon project award,
  • Maintain project files and correspondence, ensuring organized documentation,
  • Assist with RFP and General Contract tender submissions,
  • Collaborate with Development, Implementation, and Construction teams to ensure project success,
  • Foster positive relationships with Project Managers, Consultants, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience,
  • Previous experience in high-rise construction is an asset,
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications,
  • Site experience,
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills,
  • Highly organized with a drive for continuous improvement,
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
