  3. Vendor Virtuoso : Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors like a maestro. Secure the best deals, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education : A University Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Civil Engineering, or Construction Project Management.
  • Credentials : Professional qualifications like PQS and MRICS.
