SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Mammoet is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support our Finance team at our Edmonton branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and optimizing the organization’s processes. This role involves breaking down these procedures into precise steps to enhance quality, minimize errors, and, when necessary, devise new processes.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Reporting - Weekly utilization (personnel and equipment), Zmiss, revenue by client reports Reporting – Monthly (month end reports and various activity-based reports) Engage with EMD (Equipment Maintenance Department) on strategy roll outs Administration of expense claim and credit card processing Various type of monthly reconciliations Various type of analysis (volume, burdens and etc.) Various ad-hoc analysis Liaisons with accounts payable Analyze, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of current internal processes Document process information Educate business users responsible for managing and operating the business Act as a subject matter expert on SAP and internal business processes Highlight and champion key risks and improvement opportunities that exist within the business processes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Intermediate computer skills SAP experience an asset, willing to train Minimum 1-2 years experience in an office environment with analytical background
