Description

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer holds a pivotal role in overseeing the development, implementation, and benefits realization of the Corporate Strategic Plan for NAV CANADA.

Responsibilities include leading the formulation of long-term strategic goals, traffic forecasting, conducting market research to inform decision-making, monitoring performance metrics, and managing risks associated with strategic initiatives. Additionally, they design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful outcomes aligning with organizational objectives. Collaboration with executive leadership and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders are crucial aspects of the role.

In addition to your strategic prowess, you exhibit exemplary leadership, inspiring and motivating teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively. With empathy, emotional intelligence, and intellectual curiosity, you navigate complexities with grace, earning the trust and support of stakeholders at all levels.

Having earned at least a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, and accumulated a minimum of 10 years in advancing leadership roles within complex and regulated business landscapes, you possess extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and corporate strategy, along with exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Fluency in both official languages is preferred.
