The Role:

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Video Producer to join ApplyBoard’s Video Production Team within the Marketing Department. Reporting to the Video Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, production, and editing of cutting-edge videos that drive us closer to our mission of educating the world. What you'll be doing everyday:

Collaborate with the Video Production Manager in leading the planning, production, and editing of a diverse range of video content to support cross-functional initiatives.

Spearhead the conceptualization and development of engaging video concepts and scripts that align with organizational objectives.

Serve as an expert on all aspects of the video production lifecycle, including in-person production elements, setup, and talent management.

Develop and refine detailed shot lists aligned with pre-production briefs to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Prioritize and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to devise strategies for effectively reaching target audiences.

Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all video content.

Stay abreast of emerging video and marketing trends.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in video production, broadcasting, interactive media, marketing, or a related field.

Prior experience in a video production and post-production role within a marketing, technology or high-growth company.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced production environment.

Extensive knowledge and practical experience in videography, photography, scriptwriting, and post-production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia production in a Mac environment.

Proven track record of delivering quality video projects on time.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Exceptional skills in writing engaging scripts and generating creative ideas for video content.
