Asan M&A Lawyer you will guide clients through thecomplexities of mergers acquisitions and other significanttransactions. You will be responsible for advising on dealstructures conducting due diligence negotiating agreements andensuring compliance with relevant laws andregulations.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Adviseclients on the legal aspects of mergers acquisitions anddivestitures.
  • Conductthorough due diligence and assess potential risks andliabilities.
  • Draftreview and negotiate transaction documents including purchaseagreements.
  • Coordinatewith financial advisors accountants and other professionals duringtransactions.
  • Providestrategic advice on deal structuring and regulatorycompliance.


Requirements
  • JurisDoctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool.
  • Membershipin good standing with the provincialBar.
  • 4years of experience in mergers and acquisitions law with a strongtransactionalbackground.
  • Indepthknowledge of M&A law and related corporateregulations.
  • Provenability to manage complex transactions and work under tightdeadlines.
