What you will be doing 

The Product Marketing Coordinator/Associate Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the preparation of product marketing campaigns and research, as well as regional web merchandising with input from the Product Marketing Manager with the key goal of achieving basket size targets. The Fresh Prep Foods Inc Product Marketing Coordinator will support the Product Marketing Manager with executing against the product roadmap, product related launches (both culinary and digital), data analysis, project management, market/user research and product marketing brief assistance where applicable . 

Assist in the development and implementation of product marketing campaigns, GTM strategy and product positioning (culinary & digital product)

With general guidance from Product Marketing Manager prepare campaign briefs

Create and brief ongoing new product marketing campaigns 

Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring activity success (Key performance indicator is basket size)

Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Support PMM in user research , product survey and usability testing

Support the PMM in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing KPI forecasts, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating reports

Project manage ongoing task specific for product marketing, product marketing campaigns, ensuring key milestone are met on time, 

Track add on sales, analyze trend and support ongoing data for cross functionals 

Keep up to date with competitor and industry trends. Provide inputs on new product ideations based on competitive analysis and market trend 

Support PMM in tracking marketing initiatives and update weekly/monthly reports 

Review regional QC/AB/BC/ON and perform web merchandise related tasks & maintaining regional menus. 

What we are looking for: 

Bilingual in French and English ,fluent in both written and spoken 

Past work experience in e-commerce or marketing department 

Strong data analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines

Proven ability to prepare marketing campaigns with a blend of focused research, strategy and creativity.

Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
