Job Description: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Digital Advertising Manager to join our team and lead our advertising efforts across various channels. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective ad strategies using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and a passion for advertising, with a focus on achieving meaningful results through thoughtful campaign management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ad strategies across multiple channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and monitor ad performance, making necessary optimizations to improve ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Take a results-oriented approach, prioritizing meaningful outcomes and understanding the most important metrics to measure and achieve.
  • Utilize marketing expertise to collaborate on copywriting and creative asset development for ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrate leadership attitude, taking ownership of campaigns and driving towards impactful results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into advertising strategies.
  • Comfortably utilize tools and technologies necessary for effective campaign management, including AI-driven platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proven track record in digital ad management, with demonstrated success in driving results.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and ability to execute campaigns thoughtfully.
  • Passionate about advertising and committed to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Comfortable with utilizing AI and other technologies to enhance ad performance and efficiency.
