The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in effectively working in a fast-paced environment, exceptional tech and excel skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 Diploma or GED.
  • Strong computer/data entry skills; detail oriented.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal, listening and questioning skills.
  • Customer focused, results oriented, strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Dashwood product and/or windows and doors an asset.

Responsibilities:
  • React in a positive, respectful manner to all team members, customers and prospective customers.
  • Identify and document the wants, needs, desired results, problems and essential facts of each call/inquiry, redirecting to the appropriate person/department if necessary.
  • Assist in the development of special product requests and pricing.
  • Review, accurately prep, and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure changes/cancellations are processed timely and efficiently.
  • Prepare background information and work with scheduling to ensure jobsite deliveries are accurate and on time.
  • Develop and process management approved RM’s/credits.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
