Als (Senior) Business Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich Retail & Consumer Services unterstützt du unsere Retail-Kunden bei der Findung und Umsetzung innovativer Konzepte, z. B. rund um Warengruppenmanagement und Vermarktung, die Customer-Journey, Customer Loyalty oder Omnichannel. Du treibst dabei Projekte von der ersten Minute an und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden sicher, dass er bestmöglich von den Vorteilen der Digitalisierung partizipiert. Als (Senior) Business Consultant (m/w/d) hilfst du unseren Kunden dabei, Geschäftsmodelle und -abläufe sowohl auf organisatorischer als auch auf technischer Ebene in die jeweilige Organisation zu integrieren.

Folgende Aufgaben gehören zu deinem Tätigkeitsbereich:
• Strategische und fachliche Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten als Projekt- oder Programm Manager:in wie z.B. künstliche Intelligenz, Cloud-basierte Kundendatenplattform oder kassenloses Einkaufen
• Aufbau neuer Kunden sowie die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden
• Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungskonzepten, Vertragsverhandlungen und Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Mitwirkung an Ausschreibungen
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifikation veränderter Kundenbedürfnisse und neuer Retail-Trends
• Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Konzepte sowie Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Konzepte unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Retail-Trends
• Entwicklung und Verprobung kundenorientierter Ansätze, die positiv auf eine Verbesserung der Customer Experience einzahlen

Zu deinen Aufgaben neben der Projekttätigkeit zählen zusätzlich die Marktbeobachtung und das Pflegen deines Fachwissens, wobei wir dich selbstverständlich unterstützen. Um erfolgreich zu sein, wirst du kontinuierlich weitergebildet und von erfahrenen Manager:innen bei deinen Einsätzen begleitet.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Du verstehst das Projektmanagement als deine persönliche Leidenschaft und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für komplexe Projektvorhaben. Im Rahmen dieser bist du verantwortlich für die Initiierung und die Leitung sowie den erfolgreichen Abschluss mittlerer oder auch größerer Projekte im Bereich Retail & Consumer Services. Du arbeitest gerne in einem nationalen oder internationalen Projektumfeld, verfügst über eine stabile Projektmanagementmethodik und hast Spaß an der Projektumsetzung mittels agiler Methoden (Scrum). Darüber hinaus hast du bereits Erfahrung in größeren Projekten gesammelt und diese auch eigenverantwortlich geleitet.

Zu deinen Kompetenzen zählen:
• abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• sehr gutes und belastbares Netzwerk in der Branche Retail & Consumer Services
• fundierte Kenntnisse in diversen Vertriebskanälen im Handel
• umfangreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Retail und Consumer Services, ggf. auch in der Akquisition von neuen Projekten und Kunden
• Erfahrung mit Analysemethoden sowie mit Planungs-, Entscheidungs- und Moderationstechniken
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Solltest du zusätzlich über folgende Kenntnisse verfügen, so wäre dies von Vorteil:
• Erfahrung mit agilen Vorgehensweisen (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (Arbeiten im Projektumfeld)
