Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure proactive routine maintenance deadlines are met while keeping active equipment above contractual requirements. Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer related issues resulting from equipment deficiencies. Initiate internal escalations, as necessary. Work closely with Field Services Manager and Client Services Team to keep service levels high. Create work plans for and assign daily duties to Field Service Technicians Conduct onsite and remote surveys of new Automated Enforcement Sites Assist with the creation and delivery of internal training programs Work with contractors and Field Service Technicians on new approach builds on construction sites. Other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by Client Services Manager. Ability to travel within Ontario for job duties with short notices.

Qualifications: 

Associates Degree or Technical Institute certificate in a technical field (engineering or computer science) or related work experience. Experience in digital photography, network installation and computer technology is required.  Ability to work outside with minimal supervision required. Valid Canadian drivers license with good driving required.
