Responsibilities
Devise and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals and expansion initiatives.
Create and execute a plan to uncover the full potential of your assigned territory.
Regularly track progress on your plan and provide updates on sales activities and account-related matters.
Oversee territory activities to meet the company's sales targets.
Take charge of the entire account development process, from identifying key decision-makers to securing or renewing significant contracts.
Establish and maintain a robust system for managing and monitoring account development efforts.
Actively engage in corporate events within your designated territory.
Provide technical guidance to customers and prospects regarding the company's product brands.
Stay updated on tire-related knowledge.
Conduct thorough market analyses to inform the team and stay competitive.
Cultivate lasting relationships with various representatives and manufacturers.
Perform various analyses and reviews of discounts.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and managing national account programs within the automotive dealership sector is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of business development experience focusing on major accounts, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Capable of establishing and nurturing business relationships across all organizational levels, including executives, with both potential and existing clients.
- Proficient in strategic sales techniques and adept at negotiating win-win agreements to foster long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales experience in field settings is essential.
- Possesses flexibility, motivation, and adaptability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Confident and proactive leadership qualities.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Strong business insight and a commitment to achieving results.
- Embraces a client-centric approach with attentive listening skills.
- Skilled in identifying and cultivating new account opportunities.
- Consistently follows up and maintains professional communication standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM technologies.
