The client sexperts support various clients in real estate finance insuranceand oil industrial and commercial sectors providing dedicatedassistance for projectrealization.


Responsibilitiesfor this roleinclude:

Estimatingdrafting and revising serviceproposals.

Planningorganizing and overseeing various stages of Phase I environmentalsiteassessments.

Planningorganizing and conducting soil and groundwater characterizationcampaigns.

Ensuringenvironmental monitoring on constructionsites.

Ensuringcompliance with project budgets and timelines as well asadministrative projectmanagement.

Acting as aleader in this service particularly among technical staff andproject managers within theteam.

Leveragingexpertise and ingenuity in the execution of complex projects fromplanning through technical advice to finaldelivery.

Assessing humanand material resource needs within the team and makingrecommendations to theDirector.

Activelyengaging in the sales process by maintaining close clientrelationships and ensuring theirsatisfaction.

Participating inthe estimation and preparation of bids (private andpublic).

Planningsupervising and monitoring daily project activities includingachievement timelines budgets goal trackingetc.

Negotiatingservice agreements withsubcontractors.

Requirements

Member of aprofessional order (OIQ OGQ orequivalent).

Minimum of 4years of relevant environmentalexperience.

Good knowledgeof environmental laws and regulations in Quebec andCanada.

Construction ASPcard.

Valid Class 5driver s license for client visits and travel to our variouslocations.

Excellentcommunication skills both oral and written in French andEnglish.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following experience:IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management. 3-10 yearsof experience in the field. Excellent understanding of the gas andoil industry (preferred). Qualification/Experience with CDM 2015Regulations. Experience in a complex, commercial, multi-divisionalorganization. Solid and up-to-date knowledge of practicalenvironmental principles and legislation. Experience with ISO 14001audits. In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance. Detailedunderstanding of Environmental Management systems. Solidunderstanding of construction and project-related safety aspects.Ability to deal with people at all levels. Skills & PersonalQualities: The successful candidate should hold a full UK drivinglicense and demonstrate the following: Understanding of coreenvironmental principles and regulations. Excellent communicationskills (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills andattention to detail. Ability to measure performance againstinternal and external benchmarks, identifying new solutions tobusiness requirements.
