Job Responsibilities
Leading, implementing, and continually improving Field Sales Management as dictated in the National SEP Program Owning the Standardized Merchandiser on-boarding process for the Region Supporting and championing Routine Management (SPR, Leadership Call, Regional Morning Meetings, Daily District Meetings) Inputting, achieving and validating the sales compensation methodologies (sales incentives, variable compensation, Top Performer rewards) Facilitating, planning, and executing all sales learning and development opportunities Developing and leading the Regional implementation and continuous improvement of the Commercial team’s processes and capacities (route-to-market, territory planning, sales blueprint) Ensuring Regional Field Sales achievement and compliance to National Tech Sales Policies and KPIs Owning Field Sales Information TechnologyJob Qualifications and Competencies
Mandatory University Degree in Business or related field A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales organization The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations WHY LABATT:
