A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CONTENTS SUPERVISOR

As a Contents Supervisor, your day revolves around orchestrating the intricacies of content restoration with finesse and efficiency. Leading a dedicated team, you'll impart your expertise in overseeing on-site cleaning procedures, managing pre and post-construction cleaning, and executing content pack-out and pack-back operations. Your role extends to training and guiding contents staff, ensuring top-notch quality in everyday cleaning tasks, and meticulously resetting clients' contents in their homes post-structural work. Whether listing and packing household contents in our warehouse or addressing the specific needs of on-site projects, your meticulous attention to detail will be the driving force in returning clients' properties to their previous condition. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, your leadership will be pivotal in creating impeccably clean and inviting spaces that leave a lasting positive impression on our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Restoration Contents experience preferred
  • Cleaning and/or Packing/moving experience would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in technology and report writing: Ability to effectively utilize relevant software and tools, and to produce clear, detailed NR Reports and Content Listings.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
  • Willing to work on-call for after-hours emergency work as needed
  • Clean criminal record & valid driver's license
