En tant que conseiller-(ère) gestion immobilière, vous aurez un rôle important dans les activités reliées à la Vice-présidence Immobilier pour le volet développement durable et ESG. De plus, vous assurerez un rôle d’analyse et de coordination pour la mise en valeur de nos pratiques en gestion immobilière dont principalement la gestion efficace des matières résiduelles, des stationnements en plus des autres activités de notre secteur.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Agir à titre de personne-ressource et collaborer avec les autres secteurs pour le volet « développement durable » de notre vice-présidence, émettre des recommandations et collaborer à la mise en place de plans d’action. Prendre en charge de multiples projets de natures diverses de notre secteur dont les changements de systèmes, les programmes environnementaux, les mises aux normes et les certifications. Être à l’affût de l’évolution du marché, de nos concurrents et des pratiques de gestion immobilière optimales. Analyser, collaborer et soutenir le directeur dans le maintien et l’amélioration des processus de gestion et de suivis opérationnels (respect des normes, besoins spécifiques, mises à niveau, etc.). Identifier et réaliser les opportunités d’améliorations opérationnelles permettant le dépassement des attentes financières. Participer à la coordination et au suivi de divers contrats auprès des fournisseurs afin d’assurer le respect des ententes contractuelles et élaborer les stratégies de gestion de la performance de ces derniers lorsque nécessaire. Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan d’action de son secteur et voir à son application par les ressources du secteur. Collaborer avec les intervenants du service d’Approvisionnement dans le cadre de projet d’appel d’offre en vue d’acquisition de service plus complexes.

Vos talents et qualifications :

Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires (profil gestion urbaine et immobilière) Minimum de 8 années d’expérience pertinente Connaissance approfondie des fonctions d’analyse de Microsoft Office Excel et bonne connaissance du reste de la suite Microsoft Office Connaissance approfondie des certifications environnementales tels que Boma Best, Défi Énergie, Leed Maitrise avancée de la langue française et fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches et d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou/et fournisseurs francophones et anglophones.
