  • Conduct comprehensive quantity take-offs and cost estimates for ICI projects within the specified range.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
  • Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and best practices to enhance the accuracy of estimates.
  • All other responsibilities as required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, with a focus on ICI projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Planswift).
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Experience in estimating new build car dealerships will be considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
