UNE JOURNÉE DANS LA VIE D'UN SUPERVISEUR DES OPÉRATIONS

Les tâches comprennent l'analyse continue des processus avec des recommandations et la mise en œuvre de solutions. Le contrôle permanent des domaines clés comprend l'examen des cahiers des charges complets, la programmation en temps voulu du personnel de production et d'autres ressources, ainsi que des ordres de travail. La livraison d'un produit de la plus haute qualité est essentielle à la réussite de ce poste.

QUALIFICATIONS

Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la restauration et des urgences.
Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou en finances ou certificat dans un métier reconnu ; ou une combinaison de cours de formation pertinents dans des domaines connexes et d'expérience pertinente peut être acceptée en lieu et place des exigences académiques.
Maîtrise d'une variété d'applications informatiques, y compris Microsoft Office.
Capacité avérée à s'adapter à de nouvelles applications logicielles
Compétences en matière de planification, de direction, de supervision et de coordination.
Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Compétences en matière de gestion méticuleuse des dossiers.
Êtes-vous capable de travailler de manière indépendante ? Avez-vous d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles ? Pouvez-vous travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de construction ? Avez-vous le sens du service ? La sécurité est-elle importante pour vous ? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Duties include ongoing process analysis with recommendations and implementation of solutions. Continual monitoring of key areas includes review of complete scopes of work, timely scheduling of production staff and other resources, and work orders. Delivery of the highest quality product is essential to the success of this role.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the restoration/emergency industry
  • College Diploma in Business Administration or Finance or certification in a recognized trade; or a combination of relevant training courses in related fields and relevant experience may be acceptable in lieu of the academic requirements.
  • Proficiency with a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to adapt to new software applications
  • Skilled at planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills.
