Le technicien assure la maintenance et la réparation des produits multifonctions et résoudre les problèmes de numérisation/impression des clients tout en maintenant des relations efficaces avec les clients et le service commercial.


Responsibilities

What you’ll do here

Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues Perform on-site service of MFPs Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets Responsible to learn new technologies 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers  95% - break-fix and customer support  Understands territory parts budget and inventory control Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by KMBS Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management

Ce que vous ferez ici :

Maintenance et réparation des produits multifonctions et résolution des problèmes d'impression des clients. Effectuer un service sur site des produits multifonctions. Maintenir des relations efficaces avec les clients et les ventes. Maintenir les pièces et la gestion des appels ainsi que des dossiers précis pour atteindre les objectifs KPI. Responsabilité d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies. 5 % - Références et promotion de produits auprès des clients existants 95 % - dépannage et support client Comprend le budget des pièces du territoire et le contrôle des stocks. Doit suivre les politiques et procédures établies par KMBS. Effectuer d'autres tâches pertinentes assignées par la direction.
Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

0-2 years technical/repair of electronics or software equipment Bilingual French/English Knowledge of basic Microsoft OS printing and common network concepts Basic awareness of common solutions Low to mid end office systems certifications Basic Color theory Good verbal and written Operates independently, requires assistance from time to time Must be positive, outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations Travelling within Canada and the US is a requirement Candidate must provide & maintain valid travel documents at own expense Own vehicle and possess valid insurance with appropriate coverage and a valid drivers’ license in good standing Standby and afterhours work may be required Training may require afterhours travel and stay overs including weekends Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management Required to achieve Associate Level Certification Travel within assigned territory, some out of territory work High School or equivalent CompTIA A+ Certification CompTIA Net+ Certification CompTIA CDIA+ Certification, Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification (or equivalent experience)

0-2 ans d'expérience technique/réparation d'équipements électroniques ou logiciels.Bilingue Francais/AnglaisConnaissance de base de l'impression sous Microsoft OS et des concepts réseau courants.Conscience de base des solutions courantes.Certifications de systèmes de bureau de bas à moyen de gamme.Notions de base sur la théorie des couleurs.Bonnes compétences verbales et écrites.Travaille de manière indépendante, nécessite de l'aide de temps en temps.Doit être positif, ouvert, autonome et engagé à développer et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients.Les déplacements au Canada et aux États-Unis sont requis.Le candidat doit fournir et maintenir des documents de voyage valides à ses frais.Véhicule personnel et possession d'une assurance valide avec une couverture appropriée et un permis de conduire valide en bon état.Possibilité de travail de garde et en dehors des heures normales de travail.La formation peut nécessiter des déplacements après les heures de travail et des séjours, y compris les week-ends.Doit obtenir la certification de niveau associé.Voyage dans le territoire assigné, certains travaux hors territoire.Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.Certification CompTIA A+ CompTIA Net+ Certification Certification CDIA+ CompTIA, Microsoft MCP ou certification MCITP (ou expérience équivalente).
