**Job Description**:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a customer facing role in the IT industry.
- Must be able to pass a background check, and authorizations required to access customer sites.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with internal and external customers and able to translate and communicate technical information to stakeholders.
- English: Fluent and Bilingual (English & French): Preferred.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Assemble hardware and professionally running cables within the cabinet.
- Manage and deliver per SLA as defined by Thales
- work with the Thales Project Manager on all installations.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may have potential impact to all services delivered.
- React quickly and appropriately to incidents such as equipment failures.
- Effective troubleshooting, escalation, analytical skills and ability to manage complex and technical tasks to deliver solutions that satisfy customer or internal requirements.
- Experience with desktop setup and support, active directory, and regression testing.
- Operates well in an environment of rapid change and comfortable operating with autonomy..

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.14-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
- Active Directory: 1 year (preferred)
- Regression Testing: 1 year (preferred)
- RCMP Security Clearance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Canadian Driving License (preferred)
