Position Overview


First Truck, doing business as Velocity Truck Centres, is looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR who excels at creating a high-quality customer experience to work in our Lloydminster, Alberta location. Compensation Plan

Competitive hourly rate - $21/hr. Employer-paid technical training as required. Paid Vacation time

Primary Job Functions

Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs. Create estimates. Invoicing. Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician. Follow up with customers and keep them updated. Explain all work performed and charges.

Qualifications

Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once. Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools. Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment. Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset. Valid Class 5 driver's License.
