Harry Rosen is a leading clothing retailer of finer menswear based in Toronto and operating in major centers across Canada. As part of our marketing team, you will use your creative skills to influence our digital and online content. An exciting and challenging opportunity exists as a Junior Graphic Designer at Harry Rosen Inc. based in Central Office. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Marketing Department and be accountable for the following:

Graphic Services:

· Assist the Senior Manager, Creative in providing graphic services for online and print mediums.

· Lead designated campaigns, from concept to production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and timely delivery.

· Understand and advocate for brand guidelines, ensuring designs reflect the brand's ethos.

· Translate concept and theme requirements into visually compelling designs.

· Uphold quality standards throughout the design process and deliver polished results.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align with project objectives.

Digital Asset & Online Content:

· Collaborate on the development of digital assets and online content to enhance the brand's online presence.

· Provide art direction for designated social media initiatives to ensure visual consistency and impact.

· Establish visual guidelines for social media to bolster brand recognition and engagement.

· Stay updated on digital design and social media trends, integrating innovative content strategies.

The successful candidate will have the following background/experience:

Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as graphic design, web design, marketing, etc. A strong sense of typography and color is necessary 3-5 years of work experience in an agency or as an in-house designer Fashion background including design, marketing and video communication required Remote Toronto, some travel required to Photoshoots and Mississauga Studio Strong organization skills and a keen eye for detail Able to work efficiently, effectively integrate feedback and handle multiple projects Strong sense of communication and interpersonal skills

Key software and online system experience/knowledge:

Responsive web and e-mail campaign design and development Retail/E-Commerce industry Photography and video production Basic HTML
