Sr. Accountant, Small Business

Pathfind has an immediate opening with a well-established Public Practice Firm. They are seeking a keen, collaborative experienced Sr. Accountant for their Small Business Group. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for delivering a range of public accounting services to our small business clientele.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Advising on purposeful recommendations to clients Leading and executing on client engagements, specifically compilations and reviews PlanningTimely and accurate preparation of financial accounting for a variety of clientelePreparation of personal and corporate tax returnsPreparation of T slips as Special projects as First review of compilation engagements Maintained current client Represent client at networking and industry events to leverage new business Obtain a basic understanding of our clients’ businesses and learn their best

Education & Experience

3 to 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience Understanding of accounting and auditing standards and principles, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environment Experience leading and mentoring CPA CPA designation or near completion of CPA

Skills & Knowledge

Business acumen Proven relationship builder Exceptional organizational skills and diligence Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Excellent critical thinking and critical thinking skills Strong time management and organizational skills Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Suite

Salary.

o The salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 depending upon experience.
