Unsere Finanzabteilung sichert die vollständige und ordnungsgemäße Bearbeitung aller buchhalterischen Prozesse innerhalb unserer international agierenden und dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe.

Für den Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen suchen wir eine*n Senior Accountant (m/w/x) . Der/die Stelleninhaber*in berichtet direkt an den Finance Director EMEA.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle umfassen

Buchhalterische Genauigkeit:  Ordnungsgemäße Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle der Gesellschaften in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Präzises Reporting: Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team zur Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen gemäß HGB sowie Financial Statements nach UK-GAAP (primary book). Bilanz- und G+V-Analyse: Sorgfältige Abstimmung des Hauptbuchs im Rahmen des VertiGIS Group Reportings, Unterstützung der Bilanz- und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungsanalyse. Liquiditätsmanagement: Verantwortlichkeit für die Liquiditätsplanung und die sichere Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs. Gesetzliche Compliance: Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuer- und statistischen Meldungen gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen. Requirements Fachkenntnisse: Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und den abgaben- bzw. steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften Technische Kompetenzen: Professioneller Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise NetSuite) und der MS Office-Suite, insbesondere MS Excel Analytisches Denken: Sensibilität für Zahlen und ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Ausbildung und Qualifikation: Idealerweise Ausbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter*in, Steuerfachgehilf*in, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder gleichwertige Qualifikation und Erfahrung Praktische Erfahrung: Hands-on-Mentalität und solide Praxiserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
