Responsibilities:

Benefits Administration:

Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, health and dental benefits, and wellness initiatives. Oversee day-to-day benefits program administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Collaborate with benefit plan vendors, brokers, and consultants for contract reviews and negotiations. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related documentation. Collect, analyze, and report on benefits-related data.

Disability Management:

Implement and manage disability programs, covering short-term and long-term leaves. Serve as the primary contact for employees on disability leave, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with government bodies, healthcare providers, case managers, and legal advisors. Stay updated on disability laws, regulations, and best practices. Monitor disability claims and develop strategies to reduce leave duration and costs.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits of benefits and disability programs. Prepare reports on benefits utilization, disability claims, and return-to-work rates. Provide recommendations for program and strategy improvement.

Employee Support and Education:

Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance on benefits and disability management. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on benefits and disability policies. Assist employees in navigating the benefits enrollment process and understanding coverage.

Team Leadership:

Lead a team of benefits administrators and disability management professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Qualifications:

HR diploma or CEBS certification (or equivalent experience). 2 years' experience in Benefits Administration. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented.
