Your future duties and responsibilities:

Du bist der First Point of Contact der Projektleiter:innen in technischen Fragen und berätst unseren Kunden im Hinblick auf den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Projekts. Du unterstützt beim Ausbau unsere Kundenbeziehungen und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Beratungsmethoden sowie bei den Angebotsprozessen für Ausschreibungen und Projekte. Die folgenden Themenbereiche gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich:

• Fachlich, technische Analyse und Design von Funktionen und Prozessabläufen
• Agieren als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen der Softwareentwicklung und dem Fachbereich sowie weiterer Stakeholder
• Begleiten der Entwicklung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
• Durchführen von Anforderungsworkshops und Interviews
• Durchführung von POCs/POVs unter Betrachtung funktionaler und technischer Machbarkeit in Korrelation mit finanzwirtschaftlichen Aspekten.
• Als Mentor - Du unterstützt die Business User Acceptance Tests und demonstrierst die wichtigsten Funktionen vor Deinem Business Team
• Technisch und prozessuale Betrachtung der umzusetzenden Anforderungen (Erste Impact-Analyse), Bewertung der Machbarkeit
• Erstellung erster Architektur-Blueprints und Prozessabläufen zu neuen Verfahren und/oder Prozessen
• Einführung und Begleitung neuer Change Prozesse

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Fach-/ Hochschulstudium aus den Bereichen Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, o.ä.. Alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit adäquater, langjähriger Berufserfahrung in der IT Branche, oder langjährige Hands-on Business Erfahrung in der Retail Branche. Du hast mindestens 5-8 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst oder Product Owner in einem mittelständigen Retail-Unternehmen.

Zu deinen Kompetenzen zählen außerdem:

• Sehr gute Prozesskenntnisse durch die gesamte Retail-Wertschöpfungskette (Einkauf, Logistik, Picking, stationärer Handel, Omni-Channel, etc.)
• Kenntnis und Verständnis von typischer IT-Lösungen, die in der Retail-Wertschöpfungskette eingesetzt werden (ERP, PIM, DAM, CRM, eCommerce, Payments, POS, Marketplace, SAP...)
• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge
• Erste Erfahrungen mit komplexen integrierten Berichtslösungen.
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen, Umsetzungsvorgaben, Test und Abnahme von IT-Funktionen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Methodiken/Techniken der Anforderungserhebung, deren Aufbereitung und Dokumentation sowie Kommunikation (Anforderungsdokumente, EPICs, User Stories, etc.)
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Use Cases (BPMN, UML) und den dazugehörigen Tools (Aris, Visio oder ähnliches)
• Erfahrung und Freude an Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten
• Nice to have:
o Erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud Lösungen (AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud), Big Data (Cloudera Hadoop) und BI (Power BI, Tableau) Lösungen.
o Erste Erfahrungen mit hinsichtlich gängiger Programmiersprachen (z.B. Python) und Datenbanksprachen (SQL)

Soft Skills

• Sehr gute Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten (B2-C1: Deutsch und Englisch) im internationalen Umfeld
• Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Unterstützung von Workshops
• Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und „Hands-on“ Mentalität
