Vancouver, Canada On Side Restoration Full time

Compensation: $70, – $80,* / year (full-time / permanent)

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and responding to customer feedback as it relates to service, project completion and workmanship with a focus on investigations, file audits and reviews, documentation, and report creation to aid in the resolution and/or negotiation consistent with stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities:

Maintain effective and timely communications with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables Assist QA Manager in assessing customer service and workmanship issues, developing and coordinating corrective and preventative action plans Complete internal/external investigations as requested by the QA Manager/Consultant Assist QA Consultant with client facing privacy and documentation requests Monitor QA files with third party resources to ensure that On Side’s interests are protected Contact On Side’s Broker and/or Control Adjuster to report new claims Review AR Risks (Liens/Limitation Dates) Consultations with internal departments regarding QA procedures and protocols Provide direction or support in other areas as requested/required

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience in Dispute Resolution and Risk Management (3 years) Knowledge of general office procedures Restoration/construction background is an asset Ability to use a computer and applicable software applications Property and/or Liability Claims experience an asset
