Sous la responsabilité du directeur national des ventes, le titulaire du poste aura les responsabilités suivantes :
Promouvoir et vendre les produits Olymel, Aliments Triomphe, La Fernandière et Pinty's offerts sous des marques nationales au sein des bannières nationales de vente au détail, Développer et maintenir de nouvelles affaires pour les marques privées chez Loblaws. Gérer et communiquer les études de marché récentes par produit et par catégorie et définir les opportunités d'affaires pour chaque client (données de référence Nielsen, IRI, etc.) Contrôler les allocations budgétaires par client, Effectuer des revues mensuelles et trimestrielles et suivre les performances et la contribution aux ventes de chaque client avec un plan d'action spécifique pour corriger les anomalies ou augmenter les ventes, Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients afin de connaître et de comprendre leurs orientations stratégiques, dans le but de créer une stratégie commune pour nos produits, Veiller au respect des engagements pris par chaque client vis-à-vis de l'entreprise, en étroite collaboration avec les services financiers, logistiques et de transport (volume, réductions de prix, engagement monétaire, plan promotionnel, etc,), Assurer une communication interne constante pour contribuer à la bonne gestion des opérations quotidiennes, Être responsable de la performance de la catégorie et du produit pour chaque client en fonction des résultats attendus et des stratégies, Assurer la coordination et l'introduction de nouveaux produits, Préparer les offres et effectuer les analyses financières nécessaires. Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un autre domaine pertinent, Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de comptes clés, Expérience préalable de la marque privée Lobalws de préférence, Bilingue (anglais et français) et connaissances informatiques (Microsoft Office, AS400), Excellentes compétences analytiques et financières nécessaires pour prendre des décisions rapides et éclairées.Tu as la capacité à travailler sous pression ? tu es dynamique et surtout un joueur d’équipe ?
